Standard pricing normally includes a non-exclusive licence allowing the client to use the finished images across their own business communications.

Payments linked to clear project stages
Exact payment terms will be included in the proposal. Larger projects are normally divided into stages rather than requiring the entire fee at the beginning.
Typical structure
- Projects below £750: 50% to book and 50% before final delivery
- Larger photography projects: 40% to book and 60% before unrestricted delivery
- Website projects: 40% to begin, 30% after design approval and 30% before launch
- Monthly support: paid monthly in advance

Are the prices on this page fixed?
The prices shown are starting points. A final quotation is based on the agreed scope, deliverables, location, timescale and practical requirements.
Why do commercial photography prices vary?
The cost can be affected by planning, session length, number of locations, people or products, equipment, editing, image quantity and intended usage.
Do photography prices include editing?
Yes. Standard selection and professional editing of the agreed final image collection are included unless the proposal states otherwise.
Do I receive every photograph taken?
No. The delivered collection consists of selected and professionally edited finished photographs. Unedited working files are not normally supplied.
Do website prices include hosting and domain costs?
Not normally. Hosting, domain registration, email and premium software are third-party services. The proposal will explain which external costs apply.
Do I have to pay Stilth every month after a website launch?
No. There is no compulsory Stilth maintenance contract. Optional website care is available for clients who want ongoing support.
Can photography and website work be combined?
Yes. Combined projects allow the website, content and photography to be planned together, creating a more consistent finished result.
Can you provide a completely bespoke quotation?
Yes. Larger projects, multi-location work, unusual requirements and specialist functionality will receive a tailored proposal.
Is a booking payment refundable?
Booking and cancellation terms will be set out clearly in the proposal or service agreement before payment is made.
